When the system is running, the high-temperature condensate generated by the heating equipment first enters the residual pressure conveying pipe network and device through the trap, and when the pressure of a single pipeline or multiple pipelines is equal, the condensate directly enters the recovery device; When the pressure of the multi-line pipeline is unequal, install the auxiliary device multi-channel collector to make the condensate enter the recycler smoothly. After the condensate enters the recovery device, the centrifugal pump is controlled by the signal from the liquid level transmitter to the PLC through the residual pressure utilization, steam-water separation, drainage pressurization, cavitation elimination and other devices, so that the condensate can be successfully pressurized and recovered.

Type I: The electric pump runs intermittently, that is, when the liquid level reaches the set upper limit, the single pump starts, and when the lower limit is reached, the pump stops working, and the double pump can switch to work regularly according to the set program; When the liquid level reaches the upper limit, the double pump starts, and the sound and light alarm, when the lower limit is reached, the double pump stops working and the sound and light alarm.
Type II: The centrifugal pump runs continuously, which can be controlled by PLC programmable controller and regulating valve to keep the electric pump in continuous operation. (When the pump is running continuously, it can be equipped with a regulating valve and a corresponding valve)
Type III: anti-corrosion, explosion-proof, frequency conversion speed regulation, remote control and other special requirements.
